Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Estimated shipping time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues. Delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
To request cancellation, email us with the subject line “CANCEL” within 24 hours. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
All sales are final once processing begins.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If you entered an incorrect address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by replying to your order confirmation email. Address changes cannot be made after 24 hours or once the order has been processed.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
All items are shipped with protective packaging; however, damage may occur during transit due to carrier handling.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
After verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for shipping-related damage.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
The only exception is if the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items (deficit). In such cases, a replacement or full refund will be issued at our discretion after verification.
